How we work

Satori Suites does not have a reception. And that means we have to do certain things. Y eso nos obliga a algunas cosas.

• Please tell us in advance the expected time of your arrival so that we can receive you and check you in. You can call us or send us a WhatsApp message at 606 40 32 31 or write to us at satori@stori-suites.com.
• The check-in begins at 1:00 p.m., and we do not check guests in after 9:00 p.m.
• The payment of the entire stay is made in advance at the check-in.
• If you want us to clean your room, you must vacate it between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. so housekeeping can come in.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the accommodation.
• Pets are not allowed in Satori Suites.
